If your bike is stolen, make sure to report it, then call the City’s Property & Evidence Warehouse (673-5665) frequently - 3 of my friends in the last 9 or so months have recovered their bicycles but only with daily phone calls or visits - don't wait for them to call you because it probably won't happen.
