I met this guy, Steve, a few weeks ago at the Interbike and he gave me this little guy, which is a presta/schrader adapter that screws onto a fitting on your keychain. This little guy is made in the USA and some of the proceeds go to a few causes:

I tend to keep one of these adapters in my patch kit, and don't recall the last time I've needed to actually use it, but The Bullet is a unique idea and doesn't cost too much. Ask your local shop about it so you're not stranded the next time you can't find a presta pump.
